Skiservice customer account with a rewards programme
Dear guests and friends
We feel privileged to count you among our most loyal customers. Some of you have been coming to Skiservice for many years – decades even. A big heartfelt thank you to you all!
We are keen to reward you for your loyalty. That is why we have launched the Skiservice rewards programme tied to our guest account, which will also help us better understand and meet your needs. As of 1 October 2022, we log all purchases* made by our guest account holders, along with their essential personal information. All data is securely stored at all times.
The higher your total purchases, the more you will get back: With annual purchases of CHF 1,500 or more, account holders will receive a voucher equivalent to 5% of their spending. For annual amounts exceeding CHF 5,000, the voucher will amount to 10% of their purchases. Purchases will be totalled from 1 October until 30 September of the following year. We will send you an email or letter to notify you of your credit balance at the end of the 12 months and register it on your account. The next time you stop at the till you can begin using it.
