Really could not have been better from the straightforwardness of the booking through to the ease of equipment return. The staff were unfailingly welcoming and helpful and accommodated a request for different boots/shorter skis halfway through rental period. We have been skiing and renting equipment for several decades from European and American resorts, but this was our best experience so far.

The rental experience was great and the personnel were friendly and very helpful. We also appreciated the opportunity to have service assistance at the shop on the slopes. We also had a good experience when we wanted to upgrade the skis. Start to finish was great, including the online reservation system.
