Atmosphäre im Shop: Sehr gut. Freundlich, auch wenn Hektik herrschte, im Shop (grosser Andrang während der Sportferien). Gute Beratung. Die Reservierungs-Page könnte ein bisschen kundenfreundlicher sein (sofort nach Eingabe der Zugangsdaten zur Reservierung, und dann eine Auflistung der Personen, die man früher schon einmal erfasst hat betr. Gewicht, Grösse, Fahrkönnen, was man alles braucht), so dass man die nur noch auswählen und das Datum eingeben kann, sofern sich nichts geändert hat.

There is a proposal improve service during high season, especially on Saturdays and Sundays when new skiers arrive.
