I was greeted and assisted in a very friendly and professional manner throughout the entire experience. Although the shop was quite busy, I really appreciated that the service never felt rushed. The staff member who helped with my rental was wonderful, approachable, polite, and took the time to listen carefully to my requirements. I will definitely rent my equipment here again.
