Überaus freundlicher Service in dem schönen Shop im Hotel Rosatsch. Wir konnten die Skistiefel und auch das Skimodell problemlos einmal während der Leihfrist tauschen. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde geduldig eingegangen. Wir konnten auch einen sehr guten Skihelm käuflich erwerben.

Excellent experience and top quality equipment, even if I had to change my boots because the first pair were small and I suffered the first day (a lot). Apart from this minor issue, all the rest was great. My daughter's skis were upgraded to a better pair than the origiginally chosen in the beginning and she was super happy about them. A spacial thank to your colleague from Brasil who was very kind and efficient.
