The rental experience was exceptional from start to finish. The team at the ski shop operated with true professionalism—knowledgeable, organized, and completely on top of every detail. They fitted the kids flawlessly, making sure each of them had the correct boots, skis, poles, and helmets, and they handled the entire process with patience, warmth, and genuine care. They were equally outstanding with my equipment. I arrived with one set of skis but requested a different model; despite limited availability, they located one of the last remaining pairs, secured it in my size, and had everything prepared and ready for me the very next day. The service was seamless and efficient, and their attention to comfort and fit—especially for the children—was second to none. They even helped us through the practical chaos of getting everyone dressed and ready, which made a real difference. In short, this was the kind of high-touch, high-competence service that sets a shop apart. I would return without hesitation, and I only wish more ski destinations delivered this same level of precision, kindness, and execution.

The shop staff was fine, but they selected very short skis and were relucatant to swap for a longer ski to accomodate my daughter and I. After asking to swap for 140cm skis, my daughter was still given 130cm. The quality of the skis was good, just odd that they didn’t have (or wouldn’t provide) the appropriate length.

Excellent experience and top quality equipment, even if I had to change my boots because the first pair were small and I suffered the first day (a lot). Apart from this minor issue, all the rest was great. My daughter's skis were upgraded to a better pair than the origiginally chosen in the beginning and she was super happy about them. A spacial thank to your colleague from Brasil who was very kind and efficient.
