I was very pleased with my overall experience renting from SkiService Corvatsch inside of the Kempinski, and most especially with the skis they ended up recommending to me. The service was very attentive and the facilities very seamless. Antoli (Anoli?) was especially knowledgeable and the Montero AW 88s I ended up with were great. Being able to arrange ahead of time was also very helpful. Thank you!

The team was terrific. We had a range of renters— beginner to advanced skiers and a boarder. All of our equipment was perfectly chosen for our abilities. We were all happy with the choices. The team was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We feel grateful that we can rent high quality equipment instead of travel half way around the world dragging our skis behind us. This is our second year renting here and we will be back!

Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Reservierung. Es ist toll, dass man im Voraus schon alles online abwickeln kann. Auch, dass wir das Material bereits am Vorabend der Miete holen konnten, ist sehr begrüssenswert. Wir haben das Material spontan einen Tag später zurückgegeben, was auch kein Problem war. Solche Umstände machen alles sehr unkompliziert. Einzig hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Betreuung und Auswahl des Materials und dem Anpassen gewünscht. Ich bin mir bewusst, dass das Personal wohl oft unter hohem Zeitdruck Vermietungen abwickeln muss - das hat man auch am ruhigen Sonntagabend gespürt. Die Schuhe und auch der Helm wurden blitzschnell anprobiert und für gut befunden - gerade bei Kindern muss man sich bewusst sein, dass die Reaktion darauf nicht unmittelbar kommen kann.
